Walk 62 Miles in January for St. Jude kids. Are you in? 

Join the 62 Miles in January Challenge to raise funds for children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases. This is equivalent to walking 2 miles/day during the month of January. You can do this Queens!

30 Day (HI) Healthy Intake Challenge

A huge part of maintaining a healthy weight or losing weight is what we put inside of our mouths for nourishment. This challenge will dare you to eat and think differently. You will be challenged to cut out a lot of our unhealthy consumption habits. the list includes: No soda, Drink 10 glasses of water/day, No artificial sweeteners, No "Diet" anything, No Wheat/Gluten, No Sugar, No Alcohol, No Dairy, No Packaged food, No Eating Out, No Red Meats, Eat Greens every day, Eat Protein in every meal, and 3 workouts/week. 

$30 to enter …What's included? A water bottle, shared meal recipes, natural supplements/replacements ideas and a chance to win the prize worth over $100 (consisting of a dinner with the administrators of Hello Gorgeous Wellness and so much more)

Rules: Each day for each meal/snack etc., you must take pictures of what you ate and drank throughout the day and posts your picture collage to our What's App HGWG Challenge Chat by 10pm displaying the date (for proof of completion), along with a short video of you exercising on your 3 days/week.  

This is a grown-up trust system amongst women with integrity and morals that should do what they say and say what they do! Even if you fall short on one day, post it, this way the group can encourage you or offer alternatives to supplement that craving or lack of knowledge.

We are building a village of empowered healthy mind, body and spirited women.

30 day (SWAT) Steps, Walking & Time Challenge

A huge part of maintaining a healthy weight or losing weight is being active daily. This challenge will dare you to move around daily with step and duration goals to achieve. You will be challenged to get out of your normal lack of movement and exercise (for most) or our unhealthy sedentary ways to become more active.

$30 to enter… What's all included? A Hello Gorgeous t-shirt, team encouragement and a chance to win the prize worth over $100 (consisting of a fitness watch, shoes and outfit and so much more) The person who completes the daily challenges with the most steps will win the prize …

Rules: Each day the daily steps and time challenge has to be met and a screen shot of your phone with your step calculator, duration and date has to be posted to our What's App HGWG Challenge Chat by 10pm (for proof of completion).

The winner will be announced on April 1, 2023, unless there is tie, then all names will be placed in a drawing, and one will be selected to determine the winner (LIVE).

30 day (SLAP) Squat, Lunge & Plank Challenge - 

A huge part of maintaining a healthy weight or losing weight is being active daily. This challenge will dare you to move around daily with your body weight as a resistance. You will be challenged to get out of your normal lack of movement and exercise (for most) or our unhealthy sendetary ways to become more active. You will find and build your muscles in places you did not know existed with these 3 little exercises, touching majority of your muscle groups. Soreness will be a part of your progress. Remember nothing ventured, nothing gained. 

$30 to enter… What's included? A Hello Gorgeous t-shirt and a chance to win the prize worth up to $150 (consisting of an body massage, personal massage gun, epsom salt, bath bombs, CBD cream and much much more). In the event that multiple Queens complete the daily 30 day challenges, one Queen's name will be drawn to determine the winner…

Rules: Each day the complete challenge has to be videoed and posted to our What's APP HGWG Challenge Chat by 10pm with a phone/watch/newspaper or news broadcast displaying the date (for proof of completion).

This is a grown-up trust system amongst women with integrity and morals that should do what they say and say what they do! Even if you fall short on one day, post it, this way the group can encourage you or offer alternatives or modifications to perform the exercises in a safe effective manner.
